There are two types of electrical inspection reports that we can perform. Every customer has different inspection needs, from a basic electrical inspection through to a complete detailed report.
A visual survey is mainly used, to identify any latent damage or defects to wiring accessories and to confirm that the electrical installation is installed to the current BRITISH STANDARDS, this keeps the inspection cost down and gives you a great peace of mind that your home is electrically sound.
Both Reports Include: A thorough visual inspection identifying any major or minor electrical issues complete with photos, comments and recommendations in the form of a visual observation report. |

This type of electrical inspection is excellent value, and gets to the centre of any potential issues fast. The inspection will be made on all electrical equipment which is not concealed, and includes a sample
of the internal condition of accessible wiring accessories. So a visual survey is the best starting point to check on safety, wear & tear, corrosion, age, external influences and suitability, this is an excellent report if you are a homebuyer looking to purchase a property. |

The main purpose of this report is to detect so far as is reasonably practicable , any factors impairing or likely to impair the safety of the electrical installation. This inspection includes a full fixed wire testing procedure to each individual circuit including sample testing of accessible wiring accessories.
You will receive a full written report with observations and recommendations, a schedule of the items inspected, and a schedule of test results for each individual circuit. Photos, comments and recommendations in the form of a visual observation format will also be contained within the report. |
