High Standard
I was concerned about the electrical safety and energy efficiency of my property so I contacted Dave as he had been recommended by friends for whom he had completed work to a high standard.
I was not disappointed. Dave quickly uncovered areas where electric cabling had burned and also performed an infrared inspection that revealed radiator sludging. Dave’s work was of a high standard with no mess and was performed quickly and effectively.
I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Hi Dave,
I would like to thank you for your professionalism in carrying out the thermal image report. As a letting agent, I must say that this report is invaluable to us in identifying problems of damp and areas of poor insulation, and I was astonished by the level and clarity of the images showing missing insulation panels etc. I can certainly see us calling on your services in the future.
This service will also be of great use to prospective property purchasers, certainly far more revealing than the EPC report, and homeowners who commission a thermal imaging report will almost certainly end up saving money, both in terms of increased energy efficiency and identifying damp problems before major damage takes place.

Problems Did Exist
Dave, thank you for the recent survey you carried out at our property, it now proves from the survey that the problems we thought we had, did exist.
Since the survey we have had remedial works carried out highlighted by the survey, we do not have to have our heating on constantly now to keep our home warm.
Our property was an A rated for heating and insulation by the builder but owing to bad workmanship your survey showed this not to be the case!

Dave was Friendly and professional from the start. He explained everything that he would do in the survey I requested. The report came back with lots of information on defects on the property that we would never have known about.
Dave also explained everything in detail so we knew what was urgent and what needed attention. This ended up being a bargaining tool on the property we were purchasing. I will be contacting Dave when we move in to get some of the works completed.

Excellent Service
I just want to mention that I was more than extremely pleased with the service I received from you with regard to the checkup of my electrical system in my flat.
It is my intention to rent my flat and this checkup was required for the safety of my tenants, and security for myself that I was leaving a property that was as safe as I could make it. You certainly came up to the mark and explained everything to me as you went along and I really felt I got what I paid for.
I would certainly recommend anyone and everyone to you should they need this service, it was excellent.

I contacted Dave by phone regarding some concerns I had regarding a damp problem in my flat. I found him to be very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The survey and resulting report were carried out in a very professional manner and I consider the service to be great value for money.
